		<description>I think your house is just right! You fit 5 toddlers and their parents in the living room, and we all had plenty of room out in the backyard. And your point about trees is spot on: our house has deciduous trees that shade the house in summer, and let light and warmth into the house in winter. With our high ceilings, the house is a lot more comfortable now than it was when my husband lived here as a child, since the trees have grown so much. Landscaping can be "green" in lots of ways.

If I could add a foyer to our house (and make it energy efficient, with a good foundation, and a new roof, etc. etc.) I'd be perfectly happy with it.</description>
